1. Students must be studying between the levels of K2 to Mathayom 6 at Thewphaingarm School

2. Students entering as boarding students are under the sole supervision of teaching staff until the end of the academic year

3. In cases where a student wishes to leave boarding and attend the school as a day student, it is necessary to inform the school in writing of this decision before the final exams of that academic year, except in certain cases depending upon the conditions of each case which must be judged by admin of Thewphaingarm

4. Payment of fees and being a boarding student: Payment of school fees is made on the first day that the student is brought to the school at the beginning of each term

5. When picking up or sending students to school parents should observe the following rules:

5.1 Students arriving at or leaving the school must always wear school uniform

5.2 Parents are allowed to pick up or send their children each week according to the following times:

5.2.1 Students learning from K2 to M3 and including M6 are allowed to leave the school between 15:40 and 18:00

5.2.2 Students learning M4 and M5 can leave between 16:30 and 18:00

5.2.3 Parents sending their children to school must not do so after 17:00 on the scheduled days

5.2.4 In cases where parents are unable to pick up their own children from school due to other commitments, a letter granting authority to another person together with a signed photocopy of ID card is necessary.

5.2.5 In weeks when the students are allowed to return home and the parents are unable to pick up their children, a letter must be sent in advance to the boarding school teacher at least one day in advance

6.2 Visiting: arrangements/ requests to visit students in boarding school can be made by parents with the teacher on duty

7. For M6 students wishing to receive outside tuition on Saturdays and Sundays, parents should state their intentions and fill in the form provided by the school

Thewphaingarm School asks for cooperation by parents in attending Smart Day meetings in which the school meets parents in advance, 1 or 2 families at a time on days that parents come to pick up their children, end of week days or during bank holidays

Thewphaingarm School provides uniforms for male and female boarding school students for wear on Saturdays / Sundays or on holidays according to the regulations of the school. Blankets, towels, night wear and casual wear can be bought from the school shop
